Even the mighty redwoods will eventually fall. But how do we stay healthy and active until the end? That is our goal here. Preventing or healing diabetes can lead to the slowing and even reversal of aging and thereby promote improved wellness and longevity.
At the dawn of our lives we all have incredible potential for growth and wellness. That potential is still present within us and can be turned on to slow or even reverse aging.
Health and longevity are what we will be discussing on this website. The lifestyle changes we need to make to slow and reverse aging are doable but need to be started sooner rather than later. But it is never too late to start, according to the research. So let's do it.
I wrote this book 20 years ago but I had read the works of many smart people and most of the information is still accurate. I have written an update that is available here.
